

I’m guessing you are a small business owner or manager. You have limited resources, and you can’t see giving them to a fancy marketing research firm. That’s a good reason to hone the research skills you have and learn a few new skills.
Here’s another good reason. I bet you like learning new things. You probably like the feeling of satisfaction you get when you know your business inside and out. You probably taught yourself Quickbooks, even though you (wisely) hired a bookkeeper.
