How organizational development and human resource professionals can use marketing research

You are an Organizational Development Practitioner, or a Change Management Consultant, or a Human Resource Director, or a Training and Development Director. Your job is to promote peace and harmony in the workplace. It’s not easy.

I love to study complexity and change. I like what you do. I don’t want to do it myself, but I like what you do. I want to help you do it even better.

Workplace effectiveness encompasses all facets of the workplace, including physical elements such as layout, lighting, acoustics, temperature, and furniture, and subjective elements such as employee satisfaction, service climate, and customer satisfaction. Many tools and strategies have been developed by government and private entities to measure and improve workplace effectiveness, some narrow in focus and some enterprise-wide.

You can use standardized tools and approaches, or you can customize them, or you can develop your own, depending on your organization’s needs. If you want to develop your own workplace effectiveness assessment tools, maybe I can help.
